1. Expulsion- if caught you could be expelled which would be a waste of time and money and can make it hard to be accepted at another school
2. Unemployment- when fired you would suffer lose in wages and it might be difficult to find a new job
3. Disciplinary action in a class- you might get a lower grade or have to rewrite a paper
4. Legal action- if sued you may have to pay compensation or even be subject to imprisonment
